Do you supply a catalog?
No - Because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog. We updated our customers weekly with Newsletters to display our new products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive an automatic e-mail from UPS with a projected delivery date once your order has been shipped.
What shipping method do you use?
We utilize UPS Ground Service. Orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are mailed through the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally through UPS Expedited Delivery. We must receive a faxed copy of a recent credit card statement to verify the credit card number and shipping address.
Do your products come with the original designer�s labels on them?
No. All of our products are inspired designs. We do not sew, glue or emboss the original designer�s name on our products.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?
Yes. You may call to place an order over the phone at (702) 616-0997 or 1-800-616-1044 - 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time). You can also fax in your order (printed from our shopping cart order form) to 1-702-616-0998.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Internet business are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in Nevada, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Nevada. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.
Is your website secure to order from?
Yes, we use a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase.
What is your Return Policy?
When purchasing at wholesale, the sale is final. Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via E-mail at email@example.com within three business days from the date you receive the shipment. A Return Authorization Number will then be issued. We do not accept any defect claim requests after the three-day period is over or item that has been used or damaged for any reason. Each claimed defect item needs to be returned in original package or it will be identified as misusage defect. No credit will be issued or replacements will be approved.
